The city of Paris is a major railway, highway, and air-transport hub served by three international airports: Paris-Charles de Gaulle (the second busiest airport in Europe), Paris-Orly and Paris-Beauvais. Paris-Orly (50 minutes) and Paris-Charles de Gaulle (60 minutes)  are preferred since they have easy public transportation options to reach the conference location. Transportation from Paris-Beauvais can take 120+ minutes.

Within Paris, the Paris Métro, the tramway and the Réseau Express Régional (RER) are the most convenient way to get around. The conference venue is located 100m from the Issy-Val de Seine RER station, which is served by the C line. Information about tickets fares and the major attractions in Paris can be found here.

Visa Letter Request

– Have a paper accepted for the program
– Have registered and paid in full for the conference
